Clinical questions must be de-identified. Authorized clinicians can use patient information in Scribe for care. Scribe transcripts and notes are private to the user and deleted after 30 days. Clinicians must obtain consent when required and meet applicable privacy requirements.

How are citations verified?

Every reference is checked against a live PubMed and DOI lookup so the paper actually exists before it is shown to you. A hard no-fabrication guardrail instructs the model to refuse rather than invent a citation, and recommendations are graded by evidence type (RCT, meta-analysis, guideline, or expert consensus).

Yes. Primary AI is free for licensed clinicians — no credit card and no patient data required. It is intended solely for credentialed healthcare professionals acting in their professional capacity.
